Delhi · MCD, NDMC and Cantonment
Garbage, potholes, waterlogging, dark streets and more, in any of Delhi's 250 MCD wards, NDMC and the Cantonment. One photo is enough.

To file an MCD complaint online, take a photo of the problem on Theek Karo or send it on WhatsApp. Your exact location picks the ward, and the complaint is emailed to the MCD officer for that ward and problem (sanitation, roads, drains or streetlights). You get a complaint number and can track it publicly.
| Problem | Office that gets the complaint |
|---|---|
| Garbage, bins, debris, burning | MCD Sanitation Superintendent of the ward |
| Potholes, broken roads and footpaths | MCD Assistant Engineer (Maintenance) |
| Waterlogging, blocked drains, open manholes | MCD Assistant Engineer (Drainage) |
| Streetlights and dark stretches | MCD Junior Engineer (Electrical) |
| Stray dogs, mosquitoes, parks | MCD Veterinary, Public Health and Horticulture departments |
| Nobody acts | Deputy Commissioner of the zone, then your councillor, MLA and MP |
If nothing happens, it climbs on its own: reminders from day 3, a senior officer on day 7, your ward councillor on day 14, your MLA on day 21 and your MP on day 30. Every step is shown on the complaint's public page.
Open Theek Karo on your phone, tap Report and take a photo where the problem is. The photo is checked, your location finds the ward, and the complaint is emailed to the MCD officer responsible. It takes about 30 seconds.
Yes. Send a photo to Theek Karo on WhatsApp, share the location and say what is wrong, by message or voice note. You get a complaint number and updates in the same chat.
Every complaint has its own public page with a timeline: when the officer was emailed, every reminder, any reply, and the fix photo. Open it from your complaint number, the WhatsApp chat or My complaints.
You don't need to know. Your photo's location finds the ward automatically. To look up a ward, its councillor, MLA and officers, search it under Areas.
No. Theek Karo is an independent civic platform by Lucky For Bharat. It emails a formal notice, with your photo and exact location, to the official post responsible, follows up, and shows the result publicly. You can still use official channels such as the MCD 311 app as well.
