Delhi · MCD, NDMC and Cantonment
Uncovered construction dust, vehicles giving out heavy smoke, and loud noise from loudspeakers, DJs or night construction.

To complain about air pollution in Delhi, photograph the source on Theek Karo or send it on WhatsApp. Construction dust goes to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), smoky vehicles to the Transport Department, and loud noise to Delhi Police. For garbage burning, use the garbage complaint, which goes to the MCD.
| Problem | Office that gets the complaint |
|---|---|
| Construction dust not covered or sprayed | Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) |
| Vehicles giving out heavy smoke | Transport Department, Govt of Delhi |
| Loudspeakers, DJs, night construction | Delhi Police |
| Garbage burning | MCD Sanitation Superintendent |
If nothing happens, it climbs on its own: reminders from day 3, a senior officer on day 7, your ward councillor on day 14, your MLA on day 21 and your MP on day 30. Every step is shown on the complaint's public page.
Photograph the site showing the uncovered material or the dust, and pick Construction dust. Dust-control rules require sites to cover material and spray water; the DPCC enforces them.
