Delhi · MCD, NDMC and Cantonment
Stray dogs, stray cattle on the road, mosquito breeding, dead animals, fallen or dangerous trees and broken park equipment.

To complain about stray dogs in Delhi, photograph the spot on Theek Karo or send it on WhatsApp and choose Stray dog problem. It goes to the MCD Veterinary Services department for that zone, which runs sterilisation and vaccination. Mosquito breeding goes to MCD Public Health; fallen trees to the Forest Department.
| Problem | Office that gets the complaint |
|---|---|
| Stray dogs, stray cattle | MCD Veterinary Services |

| Fallen or dangerous trees | Forest Department, Govt of Delhi |
| Broken park or play equipment | MCD Horticulture department |
If nothing happens, it climbs on its own: reminders from day 3, a senior officer on day 7, your ward councillor on day 14, your MLA on day 21 and your MP on day 30. Every step is shown on the complaint's public page.
The MCD's role under the Animal Birth Control rules is sterilisation, vaccination and returning dogs to their area, not removal. A complaint asks for that, and for action on aggressive or injured dogs.
Photograph the stagnant water and pick Mosquito breeding. It goes to the MCD Public Health department, which handles dengue and malaria checks and fogging.
